Which exercise should i do to tighten the stomach?

I have had four kids and i have lost weight but my stomach is still flabby which machines at the gym should i use to tighten the stomach. I already use rower for 10 to 15 mins for about 3 to 4 times a week. I also used bike and treadmill. What does rower target which area?

Can’t beat sit up’s. I know it’s a manual thing that you don’t really need anything for but it’s the best for this. I would also suggest having a weight on your chest (the ones at the gym that the men use on the long bars work well) to give more resistance.

I wouldn’t recommend the first answer for this question. I don’t think that’s the problem.

Sorry but can’t beat hard work. LOL

All the scientists and food experts say targeted weight loss is not feasible, especially in the waist and belly zones, but I managed it with acai berry.
